Programme Overview
Day 1: Personal Leadership and Empowering Teams
Set the foundation for transformational leadership by mastering the principles that empower individuals and build high-performing teams. This session explores the critical shift from managing to leading, offering advanced insights into emotional intelligence, motivational dynamics, and effective communication. Day 2: Leading with Agility and Organisational Transformation

The morning equips you with the mindset and core competencies of the leader-coach, alongside a deeper understanding of human behaviour and development as they relate to executive coaching processes. The Masterclass concludes with the synthesis of your three days into a personal leadership roadmap and a concrete plan for the first ninety days on return to your business.
